Welcome to the Knowledge Services MSP information page for the City of Indianapolis. This MSP Program will be referred to as "City of Indy MSP." We look forward to serving you!

To continue to meet contingent labor needs, the City of Indianapolis contracted with Knowledge Services to be the Managed Service Provider (MSP). Knowledge Services MSP will manage the City of Indianapolis’ contingent labor to ensure consistent and streamlined processes, on-boarding compliance, improved resource quality and business intelligence.

When Staff Augmentation resources are identified/recruited (and possibly interviewed, tested, and approved) by the City, Knowledge Services may become the Employer of Record (EOR), responsible for administering payroll and payroll related costs, as well as all employer mandated taxes and insurances. This cost-savings option for the City may only be utilized for resources identified outside of the supplier network.
